Carter Credit Consultants was looking to have a dynamic credit application form built as well as a basic web presence.

Digital Diamond Web Media initially assisted by furnishing a one-page web presence and provided basic web hosting services to house their new website. Shortly after corporate approval was received, we were given the green light to proceed with the 'intelligent' credit application as originally requested by the client.

The complete credit application form was transformed into a less overbearing digital replica. It was sectioned off allowing the system to ascertain whether certain form elements were required or not depending on the applicants initial step 1 submission. This streamlined the application process, minimizing confusion and errors for Carter Credit Consultants clientele.
