Best-Mortgage-Companies.com, based out of Greater Vancouver, BC, offers an informational portal for mortgage seekers and doubles as a lead generator for mortgage brokers. It put our team to the tes as we had some very tight timelines to contend with.

Mortgage seekers have immediate access to five lenders in their geographic region that meet their lending needs. Lenders and mortgage brokers are then able to purchase leads that meet their specified criteria via an SSL-secure login panel.

Digital Diamond Web Media was responsible for application form development, enhancement and integration, database design & integration as well as proviing secure SSL-encrypted hosting services. Although unavailable to the general public, the control panel sports an easy to use interface with one or two click access to immediate decision-making information allowing the administrator to change data-sets quickly and without any service interuption. Leads are easily found, pre-screened and forwarded accordingly.

It was defintely an intriguing project to map out and develop.
