Part resume repository, part applicant tracking system, part social networking site, CanHELP aims to revolutionize the online hiring process. With a current focus on Canadian Hospitality and Tourism needs, CanHELP quietly launched in the Summer of 2012.

Project Details

Digital Diamond was invited to collaborate on an online employment project with a unique approach to job hunting and online hiring. Part resume repository, part social networking site, part applicant tracking system, the concept behind the CanHELP Employment Network for job-seekers combines best-of-breed social networking APIs with online resume and job agent management tools and the option of including a profile photo, or even embedding an introductory interview video.

For a fee, employers are able to register for secure access to the application to submit their hiring criteria and immeditely short-list candidates from CanHELP's revolving pool of talent. Favourite folders can be created to organize short-listed candidates, statuses can be tracked, private messaging and candidate notes can be managed, and more. This project definitely put us to task.
